An audit pass before you see it

All of them. SOAP, DAP, BIRP and History are built in, and you can describe a custom format in a sentence for anything else — general medical scribes rarely support BIRP or DAP at all.
Is it only for mental health clinicians?
No. Cognivolt is used by psychiatrists, PMHNPs, psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors, as well as GPs, family and internal medicine physicians, cardiologists, neurologists, dermatologists, gastroenterologists, nephrologists, orthopaedic and general surgeons, and paediatricians. Other specialties can be added at signup.
Is the note the whole product?
