How it works

Create a token for the extension in Cognivolt once. After that, the extension lists your recent sessions; choose one, and the finished note is placed into the EHR page you have open. Tokens can be revoked at any time, and creating one is recorded in your audit log.

Other ways out

Copy and paste always works with no setup. For a full move between systems, FHIR export is on Premium. And if you have no EHR at all, Cognivolt keeps its own patient record on every plan.
