How the call is captured
Choose telemedicine when you start the session. When you share your screen with system audio switched on, Cognivolt records the patient’s voice from that stream alongside your own microphone. Echo cancellation is switched on for video consultations only, so the patient is not recorded a second time through your microphone.

The note, the risk assessment, differential considerations, and everything that follows once you confirm the diagnosis are produced exactly as for an in-person visit, and the session lands in the same patient chart.
