An AI scribe that does not keep the recording
The most sensitive thing in a consultation is the conversation itself. Cognivolt uses the audio to write the note and then permanently deletes it. What stays is the note you approved.
Deleted after the note
Session audio is permanently deleted once the note has been generated from it.
Consent first
A session cannot start until you confirm the patient has consented to recording and AI-assisted documentation.
Encrypted, in the EU
Records are encrypted at rest and stored in Google Cloud’s Belgium region.
What remains
The approved note, the parts of the session you kept, and an audit log of who opened, edited, exported or shared the record. Photographs of documents are used to extract text and are not kept either.
Why it matters to patients
Patients agree more readily to a recording that exists for minutes rather than years. Being able to say so honestly makes the consent conversation simpler.
