For a non-prescriber, Cognivolt does not suggest a drug or a dose. Where medication may be needed, it recommends referral to a prescriber instead.

Your scope is enforced, not merely suggested
A psychologist, psychotherapist or counsellor is never offered a drug, dose or regimen. The AI is told so, and the guideline cards are stripped of medication suggestions on the server as well, so one that slips through can never reach an exported report. The note still records the medicines the client already takes, as history.
BIRP that records the intervention you actually used
The intervention section records the techniques used in the session, and the response section records how the client responded to them. Nothing is added that was not said.
Rating scales over time
Pick a scale and its items are filled in from the session, each with the line it came from. You check it, and the score is saved to the client record, so PHQ-9 or GAD-7 can be followed across sessions.

Frequently asked questions
Will Cognivolt ever suggest medication in my notes?
No. For psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors the AI is told never to suggest a drug or dose, and medication suggestions are also stripped from the guideline cards on the server.
Does it support BIRP and DAP notes?
Yes. Both are built in, and you can describe any other format in a sentence.
Is session audio kept?
No. Session audio is not stored after the note has been generated from it.
