Start solo. Grow into a clinic. Same account.
Every doctor gets their own practice from day one, free. When it's time to add a colleague, invite them by email — no migration, no new account, and nobody's own patients ever get pulled into someone else's chart by accident.
What actually changes when you add a colleague?
Six things most single-doctor tools were never built to handle.
Invite a colleague by email
The owner names a colleague's email; they accept it themselves once signed in with that address. No shared code to leak, forward, or guess.
Your own patients stay yours
Joining a practice never touches the patients you already had. They stay private to you, wherever you work next — a practice only ever sees what's actually theirs.
Owner, Admin and Clinician roles
The owner runs the practice and can add admins. Admins can invite or remove clinicians. Everyone can leave whenever they choose — instantly, no lock-in.
One clinic identity, on paper
Set your practice's own name, address and contact once, and it prints on every prescription alongside the treating doctor's own name and credentials.
Switch between "myself" and the practice
Working solo on the side and seeing practice patients from the same login? Switch context in one click — each patient only ever belongs to the one you were actually working as.
A dispute, on the record
If an owner ever questions whether a patient really belongs to the practice, one click raises it — visible to both sides immediately, and logged either way it's resolved.
Per-seat pricing, volume discounts built in
One price per doctor on the practice, billed monthly — the more seats, the less each one costs. Each seat carries the same recording-minutes allowance as the Standard plan, pooled across every seat you buy. Bought from inside the app, by the practice owner, once the practice actually needs it.

If I already have my own patients, what happens to them when I join a practice?
Nothing. They stay exactly where they are, visible only to you — joining a practice never migrates or merges your existing patients into anyone else's chart. Only new patients you see while actually switched into the practice belong to it. Leave later, and you leave with every patient you brought in, unchanged.
Who can remove someone from the practice, and how fast?
The owner can remove anyone; an admin can remove clinicians. It's instant — no notice period, because prompt access removal is a compliance requirement, not a courtesy. The removed doctor simply loses the ability to work as that practice; their own patients were never at risk either way.
Does a clinician see every patient in the practice, or only their own?
Only the ones assigned to them. The owner and any admins keep full oversight of the whole practice — the same accountability a hospital expects from whoever's name is on the license — but a clinician's day-to-day view stays to their own patients, the same privacy they'd have working solo. See how the shared chart works for the rest of the record.
